吸氮行為的影響

摘 要: 研究了不同溫度的熔體過(guò)熱處理對(duì)M963合金吸氮行為的影響。 結(jié)果表明:在1600-1650℃進(jìn)行熔體過(guò)熱處理, 合金中的氮含量因精煉作用而略有降低; 但當(dāng)過(guò)熱溫度達(dá)到1700℃時(shí), 由于熔體結(jié)構(gòu)的變化而使合金開始吸氮;當(dāng)過(guò)熱溫度達(dá)到1850℃時(shí), 合金中的氮含量由原來(lái)的0.0006%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)) 急劇增加到0.0047%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))。

Abstract:The effect of melt-superheating treatment at different temperatures on the nitrogen-absorption behavior of the nickel-base superalloy M963 was investigated. The results show that, the melt-superheating treatment between 1600℃ and 1650℃ can cause a slight decrease in nitrogen content of the alloy owing to the refinement; but the melt-superheating treatment above 1700℃ begins to increase the nitrogen content of the alloy because it changes the melt structure; and when the melt-superheating temperature reaches 1850℃, the nitrogen content of the alloy increases from 0.0006% to 0.0047%.
