摘 要: 用TG分析法研究了未活化與機(jī)械活化閃鋅礦在氧氣氛下的氧化行為, 結(jié)果表明,在400~873K之間, 機(jī)械活化閃鋅礦的剩余質(zhì)量隨著球磨時(shí)間的增加而增加,未活化閃鋅礦則表現(xiàn)為熱質(zhì)量損失。 用粒度分析、 X射線衍射分析和重量分析法分別對(duì)機(jī)械活化閃鋅礦的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征。 發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著球磨時(shí)間的增加,機(jī)械活化閃鋅礦球磨一定時(shí)間后, 其比表面積基本保持不變, 而晶格畸變率增大, 晶塊尺寸降低, 且機(jī)械活化閃鋅礦中的單質(zhì)硫磺含量極低, 可忽略不計(jì)。 機(jī)械活化和未活化閃鋅礦在TG曲線上的表現(xiàn)主要與晶格畸變率增大和晶塊尺寸降低有關(guān)。

Abstract:The oxidation behaviors of unactivated and mechanically activated sphalerite were investigated using thermogravimetry (TG) in oxygen. It is found that the remaining mass at 400~873K in TG curves rises with increasing the grinding time. The surface structures were characterized by laser particle size analysis, X-ray powder diffraction analysis (XRD) and gravimetric method, respectively. The specific surface area of mechanically activated sphalerites remains almost constant after a certain grinding period, and the content of elemental sulphur of mechanically activated sphalerite is determined as 5×10-4,and the lattice distortion increases, but the crystallite size decreases with increasing the grinding time. All the results imply that the mass increase at 400~850K in the TG curve of mechanically activated sphalerite depends mainly on the increase of lattice distortion and the decrease of crystallite size with increasing grinding time.
