摘 要: 通過正交實驗對水合硫鋁酸鈣的合成溫度、 合成時間、 合成體系中CaO與Al2O3的摩爾比、 合成體系中SO42-離子的濃度等因素對其脫硅效果的影響進(jìn)行了研究, 并給出了水合硫鋁酸鈣的最佳合成條件。 結(jié)合XRD分析和IR光譜分析討論了水合硫鋁酸鈣合成機(jī)理和脫硅機(jī)理, 提出水合硫鋁酸鈣是一種高水合、 高度分散的含鈣化合物, 其脫硅活性高。 在最佳條件下添加水合硫鋁酸鈣進(jìn)行深度脫硅, 脫硅后的鋁酸鈉溶液中SiO2含量可降低到8mg/L, 硅量指數(shù)可達(dá)12500。

Abstract:The influent factors in the process of synthesis of calcium hydroaluminosulfate, such as temperature, time, molar ratio of CaO vs Al2O3 and concentration of Na2SO4 were studied by orthogonal experiment. The optimum synthesis conditions of calcium hydroaluminosulfate were obtained. The reactive mechanisms on synthesis and desilication of calcium hydroaluminosulfate were discussed by analysis of XRD and IR, and it is indicated that the calcium hydroaluminosulfate is a kind of high hydration, high scattered calciferous compound. The desilication activity of calcium hydroaluminosulfate is very high. The results show that the content of SiO2 can reduce to 8mg/L and the desilication index can reach 12500 in desilicated sodium aluminate solution with addition of calcium hydroaluminosulfate in deep disilication under the optimum conditions.
