鋁鉛石墨固體自潤滑復合材料的性能

摘 要: 采用常規(guī)的粉末冶金方法制備了鋁鉛石墨固體自潤滑復合材料, 并對其力學性能和摩擦磨損性能進行了研究。 實驗結果表明: 固體潤滑劑的加入對材料的摩擦學性能有較大的影響, 對其摩擦機理也作了初步探討。

Properties of solid self-lubricating Al-Pb-graphite composites

Abstract:Solid self-lubricating Al-Pb-graphite composites were produced by general powder metallurgy process, the mechanical properties and friction-wear properties were investigated. Results show that solid lubricants has an important effect on tribological properties. The tribological mechanism was also studied.
