摘 要: 采用銅、 鎳為中間層, 研究了形狀記憶合金CuZnAl擴散焊的焊接性能。 利用金相顯微鏡、 掃描電鏡、 電子探針對接頭進行了微觀分析。 結(jié)果表明:不加中間層或采用銅為中間層焊接效果不好;而采用鎳為中間層時,試樣經(jīng)擴散焊后,焊縫區(qū)窄、 變形小,鋅、 鋁揮發(fā)較少,相變點比焊前略低,焊后接頭拉伸強度比母材有所降低,斷口呈脆性斷裂,其形狀記憶指數(shù)可達到母材的91%。

Abstract:Adopting copper and nickel as interlayer, the weldability of CuZnAl alloy diffusion bonding was studied. The results show that, the joint of diffusion bonding has poor weldability without interlayer or using copper as interlayer; but using nickel as interlayer it has little deformation, narrow HAZ, slight volatilization of Zn and Al, low transition point, and the ratio of shape memory recovery of the joint to the matrix is 91%. By tensile tests, the joint shows brittle fracture which makes its tensile strength lower than the matrix.
