摘 要: 探討了用化學(xué)共沉淀法制備NiFe2O4陶瓷材料的工藝過(guò)程, 研究了影響材料性質(zhì)的各種因素, 并對(duì)材料的結(jié)構(gòu)成分進(jìn)行了X射線衍射、 差熱和熱重分析。結(jié)果表明: 采用氫氧化鈉調(diào)節(jié)混合液的pH值、 在1300℃煅燒4h的工藝, 可以制備出合格的NiFe2O4陶瓷粉末。

Abstract:Technical process of NiFe2O4 was studied by chemistry coprecipitation method. Factors that affect material quality were also discussed. According to XRD and DTA data, NiFe2O4 ceramics powder can be obtained on condition that the solution pH is adjusted to 9.5 with sodium hydroxide, and the co-precipitation is calcined at 1300℃ for 4h. Therefore, it is practicable to fabricate NiFe2O4 by chemistry co-precipitation method.
