摘 要: 研究了Si-Zr-B模殼涂層對準晶Al72Ni12Co16合金過冷度與凝固組織的影響規(guī)律。 通過使用Si-Zr-B涂層模殼, 在Al72Ni12Co16合金中獲得了不同大小的過冷度, 其最大值達到195K。 根據(jù)經(jīng)典形核理論, 計算了熔體與涂層內(nèi)壁間的潤濕角。 研究結(jié)果表明: Si-Zr-B涂層對過冷準晶Al72Ni12Co16合金熔體具有較強的抑制形核作用, 因而可使大體積合金熔體獲得深過冷。

Abstract:The preparation of Si-Zr-B shell mold and its effect on the undercooling and the microstructure of the quasicrystal-forming Al72Ni12Co16 alloy were investigated. Various undercoolings of Al72Ni12Co16 alloy in the special Si-Zr-B shell mold were obtained, and the maximum undercooling of 195K was achieved. Based on the classical nucleation theory, the wetting angle between alloy melt and inner surface of the shell mold was calculated. The results indicate that the Si-Zr-B shell mold has an ideal non-catalytic nucleation inhibition for the quasicrystal-forming Al72Ni12Co16 melt, and makes the bulk melt be highly undercooled.
