選擇性作用

摘 要: 研究了磷酸鹽對(duì)一水硬鋁石和高嶺石的浮選性能。六偏磷酸鈉(SHMP)在低用量條件下, 對(duì)高嶺石的抑制作用大于對(duì)一水硬鋁石的, 可以實(shí)現(xiàn)鋁土礦的正浮選脫硅; 而在高用量的條件下,六偏磷酸鹽對(duì)一水硬鋁石的抑制作用很強(qiáng), 對(duì)高嶺石的抑制作用與低用量條件相比沒(méi)有明顯變化, 因而可以實(shí)現(xiàn)鋁土礦的反浮選脫硅。 通過(guò)磷酸鹽的溶液化學(xué)、 六偏磷酸鈉對(duì)一水硬鋁石和高嶺石礦物的ζ-電位影響及其在礦物表面上的吸附量測(cè)定,同時(shí)通過(guò)顯微鏡對(duì)溶液中的礦物顆粒成像, 探討了(NaPO3)6在一水硬鋁石和高嶺石的胺陽(yáng)離子反浮選體系中的作用機(jī)理。

Abstract:Phosphates abilities in diaspore and kaolinite flotation were studied. Sodium hexametaphosphte(SHMP) at low concentration has greater depressive ability to kaolinite than that to diaspore, and the normal desilication flotation of bauxite can be realized, while when SHMP is in high concentration, it has much stronger depressive ability to diaspore than that to kaolinite. The antiflotation is expected to gain success. The mechanism of SHMP in separating kaolinite from bauxite was discussed through phosphatic solution chemistry, ζ-potential changes of diaspore and kaolinite in the absence or presence of SHMP, measuring surface phosphate concentration on diaspore and kaolinite and microphotograph of mineral particles in the solution
