鉻氧化物間的氧化還原平衡

摘 要: 采用化學(xué)平衡法研究了1673和1773K下CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-Na2O-CrOx渣系中鉻氧化物間的氧化還原平衡。在實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下, 渣中鉻氧化物主要以Cr2+形式存在。 lg[x(Cr2+)/x(Cr3+)]與-lgp(O2)呈線(xiàn)性關(guān)系,斜率在1/4左右, 與理論分析相符。 x(Cr2+)/x(Cr3+)隨堿度的增加而減小,隨氧分壓的降低、 溫度升高和鉻氧化物總量的增加而增大。

Abstract:The redox equilibrium between the chromium oxides in CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-Na2O-CrOx molten slags was studied by means of chemical equilibrium method at 1673 and 1773K.The experimental results show that under the present experimental conditions, the chromium oxides exist mainly in the form of Cr2+ in the slags. lg[(x(Cr2+)/x(Cr3+)]is linear with -lgp(O2) and the slope is around 1/4, which is corresponding to the theoretical analysis. x(Cr2+)/x(Cr3+)decreases with the increment of basicity of slag and oxygen partial pressure, while increases with the increment of temperature and total content of chromium oxides.
