摘 要: 為了制備能應(yīng)用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)節(jié)能降耗和增效的改性預(yù)焙碳陽(yáng)極, 首先在實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行了陽(yáng)極添加劑組分的選擇優(yōu)化及復(fù)合添加劑的合成,篩選出了含有Al, Mg, F, O等多種元素的復(fù)合添加劑, 制備出含有該類復(fù)合添加劑的AB類改性預(yù)焙碳陽(yáng)極,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了物理化學(xué)性能和電化學(xué)性能的測(cè)試。 實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究表明, 與對(duì)比(空白)陽(yáng)極相比, 含有AB類添加劑的改性預(yù)焙碳陽(yáng)極具有理想的節(jié)(電)能和節(jié)(碳)耗效果。重點(diǎn)闡述了AB類改性預(yù)焙碳陽(yáng)極的各項(xiàng)性能。

Abstract:In order to prepare modified carbon anode fitting for industry production, some anode additives were selected and synthesized. The modified anodes contained Al, Mg, F and O were prepared in laboratory. The results show: these anodes have excellent physical, chemical and electrochemical properties, and they are more effective in decrease the consumption of electro-power and carbon than ordinarily carbon anodes.
