摘 要: 連續(xù)泡沫鎳由于具有三維網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)、 孔隙率高、 比表面積大、 質(zhì)量均勻, 因此成為MH/Ni及Cd/Ni電池理想的電極基板材料, 并在許多領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。 作者綜述了連續(xù)泡沫鎳的制造技術(shù), 介紹了導(dǎo)電化、 電沉積鎳、熱解還原等步驟的具體工藝;對比了化學(xué)鍍鎳、 浸涂導(dǎo)電膠、 真空氣相沉積等不同導(dǎo)電化方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn); 著重介紹了連續(xù)泡沫鎳主要生產(chǎn)廠家的制造方法和裝置;以及適用于MH/Ni及Cd/Ni電池生產(chǎn)連續(xù)泡沫鎳的性能指標(biāo)及其評價(jià)方法; 并展望了連續(xù)泡沫鎳廣闊的市場前景和發(fā)展方向。

Abstract:Continuous nickel foam became the ideal material of electrode plate of MH/Ni and Cd/Ni battery, because of its excellent three-dimensional reticulated structure, high porosity, high specific surface area and uniform quality, and was widely used in many other fields. This paper described the production technique of continuous nickel foam. It includes technique of conductive treatment methods, nickel electrodesposition, pyrolysis and reduction. Through comparison of conductive colloid coating, vacuum vapor phase deposition and electroless nickel, the advantages and disadvantages of different methods of conductive treatment were shown. Moreover, production methods and equipments of continuous nickel foam of main manufacturers were introduced. Meanwhile, performance figures and evaluation means of continuous nickel foam used in MH/Ni or Cd/Ni were emphatic given, and spacious market outlook and development direction was previewed.
