摘 要: 研究了時(shí)效時(shí)間、 時(shí)效溫度對(duì)ZMnD-1J四元錳銅合金阻尼性能的影響規(guī)律,進(jìn)而借助X射線衍射儀, 系統(tǒng)地研究了該合金時(shí)效過(guò)程的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)變化規(guī)律。 結(jié)果表明: ZMnD-1J四元錳銅合金阻尼性能對(duì)時(shí)效溫度非常敏感, 阻尼性能只在一個(gè)很小的溫度區(qū)間才能獲得, 在430℃時(shí)效可獲得最佳的阻尼性能; 該合金阻尼性能對(duì)時(shí)效時(shí)間也非常敏感, 最佳阻尼性能只在時(shí)效2h才能獲得; 合金的阻尼性能與晶體結(jié)構(gòu)有著密切的聯(lián)系, 只有面心正方的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)才能賦予材料高阻尼特性, 時(shí)效后阻尼性能的突變是晶體結(jié)構(gòu)突變的結(jié)果。

Abstract:The effect of aging temperature and time on the damping property of ZMnD-1J Mn-Cu alloy was studied. Furthermore, the changes of crystal structure in the process of aging were investigated by XRD. The results show that, the damping property of ZMnD-1J Mn-Cu alloy is highly sensitive to the aging temperature and time .When the temperature is controlled in a narrow range, about 430℃, the time is about 2h , the best damping property is obtained. There are close relationships between the damping property and crystal structure. Only fcc structure appears high damping property. The abrupt change of crystal structure leads to the sudden change of damping property after aging.
