力學(xué)性能的影響

摘 要: 考察了Al-1B中間合金對0.030%Sr變質(zhì)的Al-11.6%Si-0.4%Mg合金組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。 發(fā)現(xiàn)Al-B中間合金在近共晶鑄造Al-Si合金中具有優(yōu)異的枝晶細(xì)化能力。 通過比較3種不同熔體處理?xiàng)l件下(未變質(zhì)+未枝晶細(xì)化處理、 0.030%Sr變質(zhì)處理、 0.030%Sr+0.028%B聯(lián)合熔體處理)合金鑄態(tài)和T6狀態(tài)下的力學(xué)性能并對斷口形貌進(jìn)行分析, 可以得出在近共晶鑄造Al-Si合金中同時加入Sr, B進(jìn)行枝晶細(xì)化和共晶Si變質(zhì)聯(lián)合處理是十分必要的。

Abstract:The influence of addition of Al-1B master alloy on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-11.6%Si-0.4%Mg alloy modified with 0.030%Sr were discussed. It is found that the Al-B master alloy has a very strong power of refining dendrite in near-eutectic Al-Si casting alloys. The mechanical properties and the fractographs of the alloy as-cast and after T6 heat treatment by three different melt treatments (no modifying+no refining, 0.030%Sr modifying, 0.030%Sr modifying+0.028%B refining) were also compared. It is concluded that the combined melt treatment of Sr+B is very necessary and important to improve the mechanical properties of the near-eutectic Al-Si casting alloys, especially the ductility.
