摘 要: 研究了水相中加入表面活性劑CTAB與水相中無CTAB時(shí),100%TBP對低濃度氰化金液(z久10mg/L)的萃取性能,包括鹽析劑NaCl濃度的影響,連續(xù)萃取低濃度金萃取率的變化、萃取平均等溫線、有機(jī)相中金濃度對金萃取率影響等。結(jié)果表明,在水相中加入CTAB后,100%TBP的萃取性能比水可上無CTAB時(shí)更優(yōu)越。實(shí)驗(yàn)室放大結(jié)果表明,水相中加入CTAB時(shí),100%TBP能適應(yīng)對低濃度金(約10mg/L)的萃取要求,對10L合成料液的一級萃取率在90%以上,具有一定的工業(yè)應(yīng)用前景。

Abstract:Gold extraction from alkaline aurocynide solution(about 10mg/L) with 100% TBP in aqueous phase with CTAB and without CTAB, was studied, The effect of NaCl concentration, initial gold concentration in organic phase, equilibrium isotherm and the changes of extraction rate with extraction times were investigated. The results show that 100% TBP has better ectraction characteristic in aqueous phase with CTAB than in aqueous phase without CTAB. The results of extraction from 10L gold alkaline aurocynide solution of 10mg/L using 150mL TBP indicate that gold extraction rate is more than 90%.
