摘 要: 含Ti高爐渣中的TiO2含量很高, 質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)約為24%左右, 是寶貴的二次資源。 用稀硫酸加壓酸解含Ti高爐渣提取其中的Ti, 并分析物料粒度、 酸濃度、 渣酸比、 反應(yīng)溫度、 反應(yīng)時間等因素對TiO2酸解率的影響, 得出了加壓酸解的適宜條件。 TiO2酸解率達(dá)到90%以上。 酸解液水解獲得的TiO2產(chǎn)物純度為90%以上。 為開發(fā)利用廢稀酸提取含Ti高爐渣中的Ti提供了依據(jù)。

Abstract: Ti-bearing blast furnace slag is valuable sources in which the content of TiO2 is about 24%. Dilute sulfuric acid(20%~60%) is applied to leach the Ti-bearing blast furnace slag under pressure . The influence of the granularity of raw materials, the density of sulfuric acid, the ratio of slag to sulfuric acid, the time and temperature of reaction be analyzed, then the suitable leaching condition be attained. The purity of TiO2 gained by hydrolyzation is about 90%. It is the basis for leaching the Ti-bearing blast furnace slag by waste sulfuric acid.
