摘 要: 介紹了Sb在銅電解液凈化中的應(yīng)用。 銅陽(yáng)極泥分銀渣(含Sb21.35%)以及由Sb2O3 和BaSO4合成的吸附劑能選擇性吸附電解液中的As, Sb, Bi。在確保電解液主要成分不變的情況下, 不論是分銀渣還是合成吸附劑都能從銅電解液中吸附90%Bi, 80%Sb及部分As。 在討論吸附機(jī)理的同時(shí), 還研究了陽(yáng)極銅含Sb對(duì)電解過(guò)程雜質(zhì)在陽(yáng)極泥和電解液之間的分配比例的影響。發(fā)現(xiàn)提高Sb在陽(yáng)極銅里的相對(duì)含量可增大電解過(guò)程As, Sb, Bi進(jìn)入陽(yáng)極泥的比例,從而為銅電解凈液尋找了一條方便經(jīng)濟(jì)的途徑。

Abstract:The application of antimony in the purification of copper electrolyte was presented. Copper anode slime residue extracted silver(Sb content 21.35%)and the adsorbent synthesized with Sb2O3 and BaSO4 can selectively adsorb As, Sb and Bi from copper electrolyte. Under the conditions of fixed contents of Cu and H2SO4 in copper electrolyte, both the residue and the adsorbent can adsorb 90% of Bi, 80% of Sb as well as parts of As. Besides the mechanism of adsorption was discussed, the influence of antimony content in copper anode on the distribution of impurities between anode slime and electrolyte was studied. It was found that by increasing the content of Sb in anode properly, the amount of impurities remained in electrolyte can be markedly reduced, so the amount of electrolyte to be purified can be reduced.
