摘 要: 研究了3種燒結(jié)活化劑(葡萄糖、 酚醛樹脂和硬脂酸)和不同的摻碳量對碳化硼燒結(jié)的影響。發(fā)現(xiàn)活化劑葡萄糖優(yōu)于其它兩種活化劑, 以葡萄糖為活化劑, 摻碳3%, 在2270℃氫氣中常壓燒結(jié)1h獲得的碳化硼材料密度為2.06g/cm3(相對密度82%), 這一密度高于文獻(xiàn)中報(bào)道的采用相同粒度粉末制得的結(jié)果。

Abstract:The influences of carbon-doping activator (glucose, phenolic resin and stearic acid) and carbon-doping amount on sintered density of boron carbide were studied. It is discovered that glucose is much better than the others. A sintered density of 2.06g/cm3(82%TD) was obtained by doping 3% carbon using glucose as the activator precursor and pressureless sintering at temperature of 2270℃ for 1h in hydrogen. This density is higher than that of the literature reported using the powder with nearly the same particle size.
