摘 要: 利用非均勻成核法, 以pH緩沖溶液作沉淀劑, 研究了Al2O3包覆TiH2粉末的包裹技術(shù)。結(jié)果表明, Al3+濃度對包覆層顯微結(jié)構(gòu)有影響, 當(dāng)Al3+濃度為0.05mol/L, pH值為4.5時, 可以獲得好的氧化鋁前驅(qū)體包覆TiH2顆粒, 經(jīng)350℃煅燒可得到均勻、 致密的Al2O3/TiH2包覆顆粒。 當(dāng)包覆層厚大于1.42μm時, Al2O3/TiH2包覆顆粒釋放氫氣過程被顯著地延遲,這種延遲效應(yīng)對泡沫鋁制備具有重要的實用價值。 采用Al2O3/TiH2包覆粉體作為發(fā)泡劑,成功制備出多孔泡沫鋁材料。

Abstract:TiH2 particles coated with Al2O3 by heterogeneous nucleation method with buffered pH solution as precipitation reagent were studied. The homogeneous and compact Al2O3-coated TiH2 particles can be obtained at c(Al3+)=0.05mol/L and pH=4.5, and then by calcining at 350℃. The releasing hydrogen temperature of Al2O3/TiH2 particle is notably delayed when the thickness of coating layer surpasses 1.42μm, and the delaying effect can be used in the production of Al foams. The high-quality Al foams were prepared successfully using Al2O3-coated TiH2 powders as the foaming reagent.
