摘 要: 采用等通道角擠壓法(ECAP法)制備亞微米7050鋁合金。為了提高合金的力學(xué)性能,在擠壓過程中增加了固溶時效處理工藝,并對7050鋁合金在不同處理工藝條件下的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的變化進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:ECAP擠壓后進(jìn)行固溶和時效處理能明顯提高合金的力學(xué)性能。退火態(tài)合金經(jīng)過ECAP后,晶粒尺寸明顯細(xì)化到亞微米級。將擠壓一次的試樣進(jìn)行固溶處理和時效處理,合金的強(qiáng)度在575MPa左右,而延伸率能達(dá)到25.5%左右;若經(jīng)等通道角擠壓過的試樣在固溶處理后立即進(jìn)行再次擠壓,并配合時效處理,合金強(qiáng)度能迅速達(dá)到616MPa,延伸率為16.9%。

Abstract:Experiments were conducted to investigate the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7050 aluminum alloy processed by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP)combined with solid solution and aging treatment. It is shown that ECAP is capable of refining the grain size to submicrometer level rapidly; for the 7050 alloys solid solution treated and aged after ECAP (process 2), ultimate tensile strength σb increases to about 575MPa, elongation to failure δ increases to about 25.5%; if adding ECAP again immediately after solid solution treating (process 3), σb can reach about 616MPa, δ about 16.9%. So, the combination of heat treatment in the process of ECAP can obtain high strength and good ductility of 7050 alloys, which is very important for its prospect of application.
