摘 要: 在不同溫度、壓力、保溫時間下對TB2鈦合金進(jìn)行了擴(kuò)散連接實(shí)驗(yàn),利用SEM觀察了擴(kuò)散連接接頭斷口形貌并進(jìn)行了分形維數(shù)計(jì)算,通過剪切實(shí)驗(yàn)得到了不同條件下的擴(kuò)散連接接頭的剪切強(qiáng)度。結(jié)果表明,連接溫度、保溫時間、連接壓力對TB2鈦合金擴(kuò)散連接接頭的剪切強(qiáng)度和分形維數(shù)都有影響。剪切強(qiáng)度和分形維數(shù)呈正相關(guān),工藝參數(shù)為擴(kuò)散連接溫度850℃,保溫時間30min,連接壓力5MPa時接頭的剪切強(qiáng)度最高(890MPa),同時,表面分形維數(shù)最大(2.23)。

Abstract:The diffusion welding experiment on, TB2 titanium alloy was carried out on Gleeble-1500 simulation tester. The microstructures of the welding joints in the experiment were analyzed through SEM and fractal dimensions of fracture surface were calculated. In addition, the shearing strengths of the welding joints under various experimental conditions were obtained through shearing experiment and some investigations on the strength of the joint were carried out. The experiments show that the welding temperature, time and pressure have great influence on the shearing strength and fractal dimension of the diffusion welding joints. The shearing strength of the diffusion bonding joint and fractal dimension have positive relation. The highest shearing strength of the joint (890MPa) and the highest fractal dimension arrive at the same time when the welding process parameters are 900℃, 30min and 5MPa.
