摘 要: 采用相場方法對枝晶的生長形貌進行了模擬計算,數(shù)學模型中包含了相場控制方程、溶質(zhì)守恒方程以及能量守恒方程,其中枝晶的形貌由相場變量控制。模擬結(jié)果與實驗結(jié)果基本吻合,同時由于相場方法更符合枝晶生長的物理機制,因而相場的模擬結(jié)果比CA模擬結(jié)果更接近實驗結(jié)果。

aluminum alloy using phase field method

Abstract:The phase field method is applied to simulate the dendritic growth morphology of aluminum alloy. The mathematic model includes phase field governing equation, solute conservation equation and energy conservation equation. The computed results are compared with the experiment and the published results.
