摘 要: 測定了在不同條件下,合成高爐渣中TiO2被碳還原時(shí)泡沫渣高度與時(shí)間的關(guān)系。由實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和改進(jìn)的計(jì)算程序確定了該發(fā)泡過程的發(fā)泡特性參數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對發(fā)泡過程進(jìn)行定量描述。著重分析了初渣中TiC的含量和還原過程產(chǎn)生TiC對發(fā)泡過程的影響,確定了引起含高TiO2渣在發(fā)泡時(shí)產(chǎn)生多次發(fā)泡的原因。

Abstract:The relationship between the foam height and time is measured for foaming processes originated from reducing TiO2 in the synthetic blast furnace slag under different condition. The foam behavior parameter is determined by means of the experimental results and the modified computer program. In this way,this foaming process can be described quantitatively and the influence of TiC content in original slag and the TiC in the reducing TiO2 on the foaming processes can be analyzed. The reason is determined why more times foaming phenomenon can take place in slag containing high TiO2.
