摘 要: 采用激光衍射,BET,XRD,SEM等方法,研究了系列LiCoO2正極材料的一些物理化學(xué)性能及其與鋰離子電池電壓特性的關(guān)系,并對(duì)由3種LiCoO2樣品制成的試驗(yàn)電池進(jìn)行了電壓特性和循環(huán)壽命的測(cè)試,得出了制備有良好電壓特性的鋰離子電池用LiCoO2正極材料所應(yīng)具備的性能:XRD譜線中I003/I104的值較大,顆粒分布均勻無(wú)團(tuán)聚,表面光滑平整。

Abstract:Some physical and chemical performances of lithium cobalt oxide cathode material and the relationship between them and lithium-ion battery were studied by using several techniques including laser diffraction, BET, XRD, SEM. The experimental lithium-ion batteries using these LiCoO2 samples were tested to evaluate their voltage characteristics and life-span. It is found that the LiCoO2 cathode material for manufacturing a lithium-ion battery with good voltage characteristics may have performance as follows: very high value of I003/I104 in XRD patterns; even particle distribution without gathering and smooth surface.
