摘 要: 利用XRD,SEM和DTA等方法分析了Cu-Al-B2O3-TiO2粉末在機械合金化過程中的結(jié)構(gòu)變化。結(jié)果表明:Cu-Al-B2O3-TiO2粉末通過機械合金化可以形成Cu(Ti, B)及Al2O3和少量的TiCu3粉末,Al2O3是通過機械合金化過程中局部的自維持反應(yīng)形成的,并且有6~12h的孕育期。在所研究的體系中,先產(chǎn)生4Al+3TiO2=3Ti+2Al2O3的自維持反應(yīng), 此反應(yīng)誘發(fā)了隨后的2Al+B2O3=2B+Al2O3自維持反應(yīng)。球磨過程中局部的自維持反應(yīng)與普通的自蔓延反應(yīng)有相似的一面,其不同點主要是點燃溫度低,點燃位置多。

Abstract:The structural transformation of Cu-Al-TiO2-B2O3 mixed powders during mechanical alloying process was investigated by XRD,SEM and differential thermal analysis (DTA). The results show that Al2O3,Cu(B,Ti) powders and a little of TiCu3 can be formed from Cu-Al-TiO2-B2O3 mixed powders through ball milling process. The Al2O3 is formed by a local self-sustained reaction during mechanical alloying,and a premilling period of 6~12h exits. In the system studied,the self-sustained reaction 4Al+3TiO2=3Ti+2Al2O3 occurs at first,which induce s the following self-sustained reaction 2Al+B2O3=2B+Al2O3. The self-sustained re action in mechanical alloying is similar with the self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) in some respects,the main difference of them is that the ignition temperature is low and the ignition sites are many.
