摘 要: 分析了鈦與不銹鋼相變擴(kuò)散連接的工藝參數(shù),利用萬能拉伸試驗(yàn)機(jī)測(cè)試了接頭拉伸強(qiáng)度,利用掃描電鏡(SEM)及X射線衍射(XRD)分析了接頭斷口形貌及組成相。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)連接壓力為13MPa、上限溫度為1183~1203K、下限溫度為1073~1093K、加熱速度為30~50K/s、冷卻速度為15~20K/s、循環(huán)次數(shù)為15~20次時(shí),鈦與不銹鋼相變擴(kuò)散連接接頭界面無反應(yīng)相生成,拉伸強(qiáng)度為380MPa以上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了鈦與不銹鋼的高效高強(qiáng)度連接。

Abstract:The technological parameters of the phase transformation diffusion bonding (PTDB) of the titanium and stainless steel were studied. The tensile strength was tested by using the omnipotence testing machine and the fracture characteristics and phase were analyzed by scanning electron micros copy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that: at the maximum cyclic temperature of 1173~1223K, the minimum cyclic temperature of 1073~1093K, the heating velocity of 30~50K/s, the cooling velocity of 15~20K/s, the cycle numbers 15~20 and the bonding pressure of 13MPa, there is not reactive phase on the interface of the phase transformation diffusion bonding(PTDB) joint of the titanium and stainless steel, the tensile strength of joints is higher than 380MPa, thus the high efficiency and high strength bonding of the titanium and stainless steel are realized.
