摘 要: 采用取向分布函數(shù)(ODF)研究了軋制幾何因素、軋制摩擦條件對(duì)高純鋁箔軋制織構(gòu)的影響。結(jié)果顯示,如果軋制摩擦因數(shù)大,當(dāng)處于均勻變形幾何條件1<ld/d<5時(shí),仍會(huì)出現(xiàn)粘著剪切變形,導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)生剪切織構(gòu)CubeND;如果潤(rùn)滑條件良好,即使ld/d達(dá)到7~10,處于不均勻變形軋制幾何條件時(shí),也未發(fā)現(xiàn)剪切織構(gòu)CubeND。因此,考慮剪切織構(gòu)CubeND產(chǎn)生時(shí),要注意到在幾何因素與摩擦條件的耦合作用中,摩擦條件對(duì)CubeND織構(gòu)的產(chǎn)生具有更加明顯的影響。

Abstract:Coupling effect of rolling geometry and friction on shear texture in high purity aluminum foils was investigated by orientation distribution function (ODF). The results show that the shear texture ND-rotated cube texture (CubeND) is observed even if the homogeneous deformation condition, 1<ld/d<5, is met, which may be attributed to the heavy shear strain in deformation zone due to high friction conditions. In spite of the large ratio of ld/d, 7~10, at which there should occur heavy shear strain, the CubeND is not observed because of low friction conditions. In regard to the CubeND of high purity aluminum foils, the rolling geometry should be considered together with friction; the effect of friction on the formation of CubeND may outweigh that of rolling geometry in their coupling.
