摘 要: 合成了油溶性的十二烷氧基硼酸鎳,利用四球試驗機(jī)和環(huán)塊摩擦磨損試驗機(jī)評價了其抗磨減摩性能;采用X射線光電子能譜儀(XPS)分析了磨斑表面主要元素的組成和價態(tài)。實驗結(jié)果表明,十二烷氧基硼酸鎳添加劑使500SN基礎(chǔ)油的承載能力得到明顯改善,其抗磨性能明顯提高,摩擦因數(shù)明顯降低,且在500N時的摩擦因數(shù)較300N時更低;結(jié)合XPS分析可推斷添加劑的作用機(jī)理是添加劑在摩擦過程中發(fā)生了摩擦化學(xué)反應(yīng),并在摩擦副表面生成了含NiO,B2O3,F(xiàn)e2B以及FeB的復(fù)合潤滑膜,有效地提高了基礎(chǔ)油的抗磨減摩性能。

Abstract:Oil-soluble nickel dodecoxy borate was synthesized. Its tribological properties as lubricating oil additive were evaluated using four-ball and ring-on- block tribotester. The rubbed surface was investigated using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results indicate that the wear resistance and load-carrying capacity of 500SN base oil were increased. Its friction coefficient was decreased by the addition of additive, and the friction coefficient under 500N is lo we r than that of 300N. The XPS analyses indicate that the tribochemical reactions are involved in the friction process, which generates a protective film containing NiO, B2O3, FeB and Fe2B on the lubricated steel surface. This contributes to improving the antiwear and extreme pressure properties of the base stock.
