摘 要: 在In-C-O體系中存在C(graphite), CO(g),CO2(g),O2(g),In(l), In(g),In2O(g)和In2O3(s)等物種,反應(yīng)體系的獨(dú)立反應(yīng)數(shù)為5。用Mathematica程序求得部分反應(yīng)的ΔG0,熱力學(xué)計(jì)算得到773~2000K各氣相分壓與溫度的關(guān)系,In2O3還原揮發(fā)的最低溫度是1030K,當(dāng)T>974K時(shí),In2O3更容易被C還原,還原為In比還原為In2O容易。結(jié)果表明:In2O3還原揮發(fā)物的主要成分是In(g)和In2O(g),當(dāng)773K<T<1529K時(shí),p(In)>p(In2O);升高溫度對(duì)氧化銦的還原揮發(fā)有利,p(O2)對(duì)p(eff)的影響并不顯著。

deoxidization and volatilization
of In2O3

Abstract:There are eight species in the system In-C-O. The number of the independent reactions is five. The Gibbs' free energy changes of partial reactions were gained by Mathematica program designed. The relations between the partial pressure of each gas and temperature were achieved. The deoxidization and volatilization of In2O3 can't occur spontaneously until the temperature reaches 1030K. Beyond 974K,In2O3 can be deoxidized by Ceasilier than by CO and deoxidized to In easilier than In2O. The results show that In(g) and In2O(g) are the main gaseous species over In2O3. The volatilization rate of In2O3 rises along with the temperature. p(eff) is affected by p(O2) is not so markedly.
