摘 要: 根據(jù)快速超薄鑄軋機(jī)鑄軋輥的特點(diǎn),從熱彈性力學(xué)的角度建立了熱彈耦合方程并對其求解。綜合接觸壓力(軋制力分布)模型,確定了鑄軋輥溫度場邊界條件,得到了超薄鑄軋機(jī)鑄軋輥?zhàn)冃蔚挠?jì)算模型。利用此模型計(jì)算了某鑄軋機(jī)鑄軋輥的溫度場和變形量,計(jì)算結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場測試數(shù)據(jù)吻合較好,表明所建模型正確可信。通過對鑄軋輥應(yīng)力分析計(jì)算發(fā)現(xiàn)在不同半徑處應(yīng)力性質(zhì)有突變,從而找到了輥芯與輥套滑移、錯(cuò)位的根本原因。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the thin gauge high-speed roll casting roller,based on thermo-elasticity mechanics,the stress-strain field coupling thermal-force was analysed and calculated for the thin-gauge high-speed roll casting roller,and it was found that the stress in different radius changes suddenly, which is one of the basic reason of slide between the roll-cover and roll-core. The result fits well with the testing data. This indicates the model is right and trusty.
