Al2O3對(duì)等離子噴涂熱障涂層高溫氧化及
熱震性能的影響

摘 要: 采用等離子噴涂(PS)在GH536高溫合金基材上制備了典型的雙層熱障涂層(TBCs)和兩種分別加入了Al2O3陶瓷成分的復(fù)合熱障涂層。典型的TBCs采用Ni22Cr10AlY連 接層 與8%Y2O3穩(wěn)定的(8YPSZ)頂層的雙層結(jié)構(gòu);多層涂層分別采用Al2O3與Ni22Cr10AlY復(fù)合的連接層和Al2O3與8YPSZ復(fù)合的頂層。3種類型試樣的100h,1000℃靜態(tài)氧化及1050℃熱震試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果分析表明:8YPSZ+Al2O3的復(fù)合氧障層具有最佳的氧化阻力;Ni22Cr10AlY+8YPSZ雙層涂層的熱震阻力最佳,氧化阻力最差;連接層采用Ni22Cr10AlY+Al2O3復(fù)合涂層具有熱震和靜態(tài)氧化條件下綜合優(yōu)良的高溫?zé)嵫h(huán)性能。

Abstract:Three types of plasma sprayed (PS) thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) on GH536 superalloy substrate with different layers of Ni22Cr10Al1Y,ZrO2+8%Y2O3(8YSZ),and composite layer of 8YSZ+Al2O3 or Ni22Cr10Al1Y+Al2O3 were prepared. The static oxidation test and thermal shock test were conducted to evaluate t he oxidation kinetics and thermal shock cyclic lifetime of the TBCs. Under the different failure criterions,the failure mechanisms of TBCs were discussed. It is indicated that the higher oxidation resistance is obtained by using composite oxygen barrier layer. The thermal shock resistance of TBCs with Ni22Cr10Al1Y+Al2O3 composite layer is better than that with 8YSZ+Al2O3 composite layer.
