復合材料的界面

摘 要: 利用透射電鏡和高分辨電鏡對直徑為0.15μm的球形Al2O3顆粒增強相及其增強1070Al復合材料的界面進行了觀察,結果表明: Al2O3顆粒是由一些角度相差較小的晶面構成的多面體,多面體的各晶面是由密排面沿著密排晶向形成的臺階式結構;0.15μm的Al2O3p/1070Al復合材料界面結合良好,沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)任何界面反應物;由于顆粒的臺階式結構導致鋁基體與Al2O3顆粒存在一定的位相關系。

Abstract:The microstructure of 0.15μm spherical Al2O3 particles and the interface of Al2O3p/1070Al composites were investigated by TEM and HREM. The results show that Al2O3 particles are polyhedrons constructed by planes between which angles are small. And the planes of polyhedrons exhibit stepped structure formed by the closed-packed planes along the closed-packed direction. The interface between the 1070Al matrix and Al2O3 reinforcements is well bonded and free from interfacial reaction products. Because of the stepped structure of Al2O3 particles,some preferential crystallographic orientation relationships between aluminum matrix and Al2O3 particles were observed.
