摘 要: 在A(yíng)g-Pd-Gd,Ag-Pd-Ru,Ag-Ru-Gd和Pd-Ru-Gd三元系合金相圖的基礎(chǔ)上,采用X射線(xiàn)衍射,差熱分析、掃描電鏡和顯微金相分析等方法研究了Ag-Pd-Ru-Gd(x(Ru)=5%,x(Gd)<25%)四元系相圖的700℃等溫截面。結(jié)果表明:該截面上包含有2個(gè)單相區(qū),即Pd(Ag)和Pd3Gd; 4個(gè)兩相區(qū),即Pd(Ag)+(Ru),Pd(Ag)+Pd3Gd,(Ru)+Ag51Gd14,(Ru)+Pd 3Gd;3個(gè)三相區(qū),即Pd(Ag)+Pd3Gd+(Ru),Pd(Ag)+Ag51Gd14+(Ru),Pd3Gd+Ag51Gd14+(Ru);1個(gè)四相區(qū),即Pd(Ag)+Pd3Gd+Ag51Gd14+(Ru)。未發(fā)現(xiàn)新的四元中間相。

Abstract:On the basis of Ag-Pd-Gd,Ag-Pd-Ru,Ag-Ru-Gd and Pd-Ru-Gd ternary phase diagrams, the 700℃ isothermal section of Ag-Pd-Ru-Gd(x(Ru)=5%,x(Gd)<25%) was studied by X-ray diffraction analysis,differential thermal analysis,SEM and optical microscopy. The results show that the isothermal section consists of two single-phase regions: Pd(Ag) and Pd3Gd, four binary-phase regions: Pd(Ag)+(Ru), Pd(Ag)+Pd3Gd, (Ru)+Ag51Gd14 and (Ru)+Pd3Gd, three ternary-phase regions: Pd(Ag)+Pd3Gd+(Ru),Pd(Ag)+Ag51Gd14+(Ru) and Pd3Gd+Ag51Gd14+(Ru), one quarternary-phase region: Pd(Ag)+Pd3Gd+Ag51Gd14+(Ru). No new quaternary intermetallic phase is found.
