摘 要: 系統(tǒng)研究了不同Zr含量的超高強(qiáng)鋁合金的時效硬化行為,發(fā)現(xiàn):Zr對合金的時效硬化曲線有著明顯的影響,曲線按其特征可分為3類,w(Zr)≤0.02%和0.02%<w(Zr)≤0.06%時,時效硬化效果不佳,而Zr含量在0.10%~0.16%之間的合金,時效硬化效果良好,峰值時效均在 135℃,16h左右。透射電鏡分析表明,Al3Zr可使合金中的位錯密度增高,抑制亞晶界的移動,在Al3Zr粒子周圍發(fā)現(xiàn)了尺寸較大的η′相。

Abstract:The age-hardening behavior of super-high strength aluminum alloys with different zirconium contents was investigated. It is found that the influence of Zr on ageing is remarkable. The curves of age-hardening can be identified into three types according to their characteristics. When the Zr content is less than 0.06%, ageing treatment produces unexpected effect on the hardness. But when the content of Zr is between 0.10% and 0.16%,it can achieve good results through ageing and the ageing peaks almost all locate at 135℃,16h. The results of TEM observation show that the Al3Zr particles can keep a relative high level density of dislocation and retard the movement of the subgrains. It is also found that the larger and more η′phase can be observed around the Al3Zr particles.
