摘 要: 研究了超聲波對(duì)兩種不同結(jié)晶形態(tài)的四鉬酸銨結(jié)晶過(guò)程的影響,揭示了超聲波對(duì)鉬酸銨溶液結(jié)晶的晶型、熱化學(xué)性質(zhì)和晶體形貌的影響規(guī)律。研究表明,對(duì)于結(jié)晶速度較慢的反應(yīng)體系,超聲波的影響是非常顯著的。無(wú)超聲波作用下需24~48h制得產(chǎn)物,而在超聲波作用下只需10~20min即可完成。超聲波對(duì)結(jié)晶產(chǎn)物的晶體形貌均有顯著的影響, 無(wú)超聲作用下制得的樣品顆粒大而不均勻,超聲作用下制得的樣品顆粒細(xì)而均勻。

Abstract:The crystalline,thermochemistry property and crystal appearance of ammonium tetramolybdate under ultrasonic were discussed. The results in dicate that the ultrasonic has a great effect on slow chemical reaction system. The crystallization time to the slow chemical reaction system is shortened from 24~48h to 10~20min underultrasonic and the crystal becomes more homogeneous under ultrasonic.
