摘 要: 采用共沉淀-熱分解法制備了纖維狀Ni-Co合金固溶體粉末,討論了反應(yīng)機(jī)理,用XRD和SEM等分析手段對(duì)粉末形貌、組成進(jìn)行了表征,分析了溫度、濃度、表面活性劑對(duì)產(chǎn)率、前驅(qū)體粉末形貌、分散性等方面的影響,探討了制備纖維狀前驅(qū)體粉末的最佳工藝條件。結(jié)果表明,溫度和濃度對(duì)沉淀率有一定影響:溫度升高,適當(dāng)高的濃度及加入表面活性劑對(duì)前驅(qū)體粉末的形貌及分散性有較顯著的影響。

Abstract:Fiber Ni-Co alloy powder was prepared by coprecipitation-thermal decomposition method,using ammonia oxalate,nickel chloride and cobalt chloride.The mechanism of the reaction was discussed.By the analysis methods of XRD and SEM,the effects of temperature,concentration and surfactant on the morphology and the dispersion of the precursor particles were analyzed.The experiment results show that the temperature and concentration have effects on the precipitation rate; temperature,concentration and surfactant have distinct effects on the morphology of precursor particle. The optimum process of preparation of fiber precursor powder was also studied.
