摘 要: 通過XRD,SEM,TEM等手段研究了Al-8Fe常規(guī)鑄態(tài)合金原位生成不同TiC粒子含量時相組成及顯微組織的變化,以及TiC同α(Al)基體及Al3Fe相之間的界面關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:隨著TiC含量的增多,Al-8Fe合金中Al3Fe相及縮松的形貌及尺寸明顯發(fā)生了變化,TiC與α(Al)基體之間界面干凈,而與Al3Fe之間則存在一過渡層。

Abstract:The changes of the microstructure of conventional cast Al-Fe alloys in which in-situ TiC of different contents was added were studied by XRD,SEM and TEM analyses.The interface between TiC and the matrix and the interface between TiC and Al3Fe were also studied.The results show that with the increasing content of TiC,the morphology and size of Al3Fe change first from coarse rod-like to fine acicular,then to netted phase. And the porosity become smaller and disappears finally. The interface between TiC and the matrix is clear. But at the interface between TiC and Al3Fe,is observed a transitional layer.
