摘 要: 研究雙金屬復合板韌化時,可利用純鋁作為界面層,以鋁的力學性能數(shù)據(jù)分析界面的開裂,可得出定量分析結果。研究表明,垂直界面疲勞裂紋導致的分層開裂為低周疲勞。裂紋進入下一層材料,轉向主應力面,是疲勞裂紋再萌生過程。低周疲勞裂紋擴展和轉入下層時裂紋再萌生的能量即為對外韌化的貢獻。

Abstract:Pure Al layer can be regarded as interface layer for extrinsic toughness study of metal/metal laminate.The evaluation of mechanical parameters of the bonded interface can be acquired by calculating the mechanical property of Al.The experimental data show that the interlayer delamination results from low cycle fatigue. As the crack goes through the interface and turns into the next laminate, crack re-initiates. The energies for delamination and crack re-initiation contribute to t he extrinsic toughness of the bimetal sheets.
