摘 要: 超薄快速鑄軋同常規(guī)鑄軋相比,板形奇異機理復雜,板形現象突出。根據鑄軋板形缺陷的表征特點,建立了鑄軋板形的數學描述。將板形檢測信號視為動態(tài)時間序列,運用自適應濾波理論,建立了一種通用的板形檢測信號除噪方法。仿真結果表明該法除噪效果明顯,能滿足實時控制要求。

Abstract: The fast ultrathin gauge roll-casting for aluminum strip rolling is a kind of highly efficient technology with obvious flatness phenomenon. The research focus in the roll-casting field is to ascertain the cause of flatness defect and to seek the way of automatic flatness control. According to the characterization of roll-casting strip shape, the mathematical expression of the roll-casting flatness was established. Flatness detection signal was looked on as dynamic time series and by the theory of adaptive filtering a general method was developed to remove the harmful noise from the flatness detection signal. Simulation result proves that the method can be used in real time control with good effect.
