摘 要: 采用半固態(tài)攪熔復(fù)合及模鍛方法制備Al2O3/Al復(fù)合材料,討論了工藝參數(shù)對Al2O3顆粒在鋁合金液中的吸收性與分散性的影響,并對所得復(fù)合材料的強度、沖擊韌性和耐磨性進行了實驗。結(jié)果表明,通過選擇合適的工藝參數(shù),可以很好地解決Al2O3顆粒在Al合金液中的分散性問題,所得復(fù)合材料具有一定韌性和良好的耐磨性能。

Abstract:Al2O3/Al composites were manufactured through melt-stirred composing and die-forging in semi-solid. The effect of processing parameters on the absorbability and dispersiveness of Al2O3 particulate in aluminium liquid was investigated. The strength,impact toughness and wear resistance of the composites were also examined. Results show that the problems of the dispersiveness of Al2O3 particulate in aluminium liquid can be solved effectively by alternative processing parameters. The composites possess relative toughness and good wear resistance.
