摘 要: 研究了鋅精礦直接浸出時的在漿有機溶劑萃取,通過掃描電鏡分析比較了浸出前礦粒以及兩種不同浸出渣的表面形貌。結果表明,四氯乙烯是一種非常有效的萃硫有機溶劑,其加入時間控制為0.5~1.5h。當有機相與無機相(O/A)之比值小于1/50時,鋅浸出率隨O/A比值的增大而增大;但當O/A比值超過1/50時,鋅浸出率并不受相比的影響。

Abstract: The effects of solvent extraction in pulp on the leaching of sphalerites with FeCl3-HCl were investigated. It is found that tetrachloroethylene is an effective organic solvent for sulphur. It is better to add the organic solvent from 0.5 to 1.5h after the start of the leaching. When the phase ratio O/A is less than 1/50, the zinc recovery increases with the increase of O/A. After that point, the O/A has little effect on the zinc recovery. The mechanism of SIP in the improvement of leaching recovery of sphalerites was identified by SEM morphology analysis.
