磨礦分級新工藝的開發(fā)

摘 要: 針對平果鋁礦石的特性、礦石的可磨性及溶出性能對磨礦工藝的要求,開發(fā)了棒磨開路、球磨與水旋器閉路的兩段磨—水力旋流器磨礦分級新技術及大型磨機。該工藝具有明顯的優(yōu)點;設備大型化,充分發(fā)揮了棒磨機和球磨機各自的特性;工藝配置合理,解決了難磨鋁礦的磨礦技術問題。與傳統(tǒng)的一段磨相比,磨礦電耗降低約6.22kW·h/t, 礦石中氧化鋁溶出率提高,年創(chuàng)經(jīng)濟效益4*!400多萬元,具有廣泛的推廣應用價值。

Abstract: In view of Pingguo bauxite properties, the requirements of the attrition of bauxite and digesting performance for grinding process, two-stages grinding—water-cyclone grinding and classification new process and giant mill were developed, one is rod mill open-circuit, the other is ball mill and water-cycloneclosed-circuit. With sufficient advantages, the equipment is giant, making full use of the different characteristics of rod mill and ball mill,solving the grinding problem of difficult attrition bauxite. Compared with the traditional one-stage grinding, the power consumption was decreased about 6.22kWh/t,the digesting yield was increased, economic benefits of 44 million yuan (RMB) were achieved.
