摘 要: 針對(duì)砂狀氧化鋁生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,基于熱力學(xué)與動(dòng)力學(xué)原理以及生產(chǎn)過程穩(wěn)態(tài)運(yùn)行等假設(shè),推導(dǎo)出了砂狀氧化鋁生產(chǎn)過程首槽溫度控制預(yù)測的準(zhǔn)理論模型,采用生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù),包括粒度分布值φ(rc)、溫度(T )、苛性比(Rp)、苛性鈉濃度(c(NaOH))、鋁酸鈉濃度(c(NaAl(OH)4))等,應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)回歸法求出模型參數(shù)K0,K1, K2,即可根據(jù)生產(chǎn)工藝條件要求計(jì)算出首槽溫度的預(yù)報(bào)值,用于指導(dǎo)并控制砂狀氧化鋁生產(chǎn)。

Abstract:According to the practice of sandy alumina production, a sub-theory model is deduced based on the principle of thermodynamics and kinetics and the hypothesis of the steady state process of producing. By gathering the local data of producing, including the particle distribution φ(rc),temperature (T ), caustic ratio(Rp), the concentration of sodium caustic and sodium aluminate (c(NaOH), c(NaAl(OH)4)) and so on,the model parameters K1, K2, K3 can be obtained using the method of statistics regression. The first trough temperature is then conveniently predicted from the model.
