摘 要: 在自行設(shè)計(jì)的霧化制粉裝置上,研究了限制式噴嘴的關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)如輸液管內(nèi)徑、噴嘴突出長(zhǎng)度等,以及霧化工藝參數(shù)如壓力及液鋅的過(guò)熱度等對(duì)鋅粉粒度的影響。將所制備的鋅粉進(jìn)行了篩分,對(duì)粒徑的大小和分布進(jìn)行了分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),顆粒粒度的分布服從對(duì)數(shù)[CD*2]正態(tài)分布規(guī)律。 在一定的條件下, 輸液管內(nèi)徑越大,輸液管突出長(zhǎng)度越長(zhǎng),鋅粉的平均粒度dm、體積平均直徑dVm和Sauter平均直徑dVs越大,即顆粒越粗;霧化壓力越大,液鋅的過(guò)熱度越高,dm ,dVm和Sauter平均直徑dVs越小,即粉末越細(xì)。

Abstract: On an atomization equipment with confined type nozzle, the influence of the diameter of inner delivery tube, protrusion of nozzle, gas pressure and superheat of molten zinc on particle size of zinc powders has been studied. Zinc powders were sieved, the sizes and size distribution of zinc powders were analyzed. There is a wide range of particle sizes which approximate the log-normal distribution law. The particle mean diameters, volume mean diameters and Sauter mean diameters of powders increase with diameter of inner delivery tube and nozzle protrusion, and decreases with gas pressure and superheat of molten zinc. In other words, the particle size increases with diameter of inner delivery tube and nozzle protrusion and decrease with gas pressure and superheat of molten zinc.
