摘 要: 對壓痕法和單邊切口梁法所測MoSi2基復(fù)合材料的斷裂韌性作了研究和分析,提出了壓痕法測量MoSi2基復(fù)合材料斷裂韌性的計算修正式。結(jié)果表明:單邊切口梁法的測量結(jié)果隨試樣切口寬度的增加而增大,壓痕法測量的結(jié)果隨計算式和試驗載荷的不同而異。使用上述修正式將縮小壓痕法與SENB法的測量偏差。

Abstract: Vikers microhardness indentation and single edge-notched beam specimen techniques were evaluated, and the modified equation was presented in the measurement of fracture toughness of molybdenum disilicide matrix composites. The fracture toughness value of tested material increased with the increasing of notch breadth in single edge-notched beam technique, the results of Vikers indentation method had notable difference with using different equations and different applied loads. It was suggested that the above modified equation might be used to improve the accuracy of the evaluation value.
