摘 要: 用SEM,TEM和XRD等分析設(shè)備系統(tǒng)分析了Al-Ti-B合金的顯微組織,結(jié)果表明:在Al-5Ti-1B合金組織中有TiAl3和TiB2顆粒團(tuán),而Al-3Ti-3B合金組織中僅有 (Al,Ti)B2顆粒團(tuán),并認(rèn)為(Al,Ti)B2應(yīng)是TiB2和AlB2的混合體。

Abstract: The microstructures of Al-Ti-B alloys were systematically analyzed by using SEM, TEM and XRD instruments. It is shown that the small TiB2 particles in the microstructure of Al-5Ti-1B are TiB2, whereas the small particles in Al-3Ti-3B alloy are (Al,Ti)B2, and the (Al,Ti)B2 are the mixture of TiB2 and AlB2 phases.
