摘 要: 通過(guò)熱壓燒結(jié)工藝制得了(SiCp+C)/ MoSi2復(fù)合材料,分析了材料的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、室溫和高溫力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明:(SiCp+C)/MoSi2復(fù)合材料主要由MoSi2(大量)、α-SiCp(大量)、Mo5Si3(多量)和β-SiC(少量)組成,密度為5.12g/cm3,相對(duì)密度為91%; 增強(qiáng)相的粒徑<30μm,體積分?jǐn)?shù)為39%。材料室溫硬度、抗彎強(qiáng)度和斷裂韌性分別為12.2GPa,530MPa和7.2 MPa·m1/2;在800 ℃的維氏硬度為8.0 GPa,1 200 ℃和1 400 ℃的抗壓強(qiáng)度分別為560 MPa和160 MPa。與非增強(qiáng)MoSi2相比,材料的各種力學(xué)性能都有大幅度的提高。

Abstract: SiC particle with carbon reinforced molybdenum-disilicide (MoSi2) matrix composite had been fabricated by hot press sintering, and the microstructure, the mechanical properties at room temperature and at elevated temperature of the composite were measured. (SiCp+C)/MoSi2 composite has a phase constituent with very much α-SiC, much Mo5Si3 and less β-SiC in MoSi2 matrix. The density and the relative density of the composite are 5.12 g/cm3 and 91.0%. The reinforced phase of the composite has a size less than 30μm and the total volume fraction of the reinforced phase is 39%. The Vickers hardness, the flexural strength and the fracture toughness of the composite at room temperature are 12.2 GPa, 530*!MPa and 7.2 MPam1/2, respectively. The Vickers hardness is 8.0 GPa at 800 ℃, the compressive yield strength are 560 MPa and 160 MPa at 1 200 ℃ and at 1 400 ℃, respectively. As compared with unreinforced MoSi2, all properties of (SiCp+C)/MoSi2 composite have been enhanced notably.
