力學(xué)性能及微觀組織的影響

摘 要: 對地鐵列車車體用6005A鋁合金進行了在線擠壓淬火正交實驗和透射電鏡分析,研究了擠壓溫度、擠壓速度、淬火方式對合金力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:淬火方式 對合 金性能的影響最大,水淬可使合金獲得高的力學(xué)性能;提高擠壓溫度和擠壓速度也可在一 定 程度上提高合金力學(xué)性能。透射電鏡分析表明,在線擠壓淬火工藝對合金力學(xué)性能的影響 實質(zhì)上與β'強化相的數(shù)量、大小、分布密切相關(guān)。

Abstract: The effects of the extrusion temperature, extrusion speed,quenching way on the mechanical properties of 6005A alloys were studied by the on-li ne extr usion orthogonal experiments and transmitted electron microscopic analysis. T he results show that quenching way has the most obvious effect on the m echanical pr operties of the alloys. Water quenching can improve the mechanical prope rties of the alloys more. Improving extrusion temperature and extrusion speed can also d o to a certain extent. Transmission electron microscopic analysis shows tha t the effect of on-line extrusion quenching technique on the mechanical prop erties of the alloy is closely related to the amounts,the size and the distri bution of the β'precipitated phase.
