摘 要: 對以金礦尾砂為主要原料制造微晶玻璃進(jìn)行了研究。根據(jù)微晶玻璃的基礎(chǔ)組成,選擇MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系統(tǒng)為配方依據(jù),從最低共熔點、晶相組成和晶格匹配確定玻璃主成分并優(yōu)選晶核劑;利用DTA,XRD,SEM等測試手段,研究組成及晶化工藝對析晶性能和物化行為的影響。結(jié)果表明:在金礦尾礦中添加適量的鎂、鋁質(zhì)材料和網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整氧化物,可獲得主晶相為堇青石和尖晶石及頑火輝石固溶體的性能良好的微晶玻璃。

Abstract:The preparation of glass-ceramics by utilizing the Wulong gold tailings as the main raw material was studied. According to chemical composition of the glass-ceramics,the formula for glass mixture and the nucleating agent were selected among MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system from lattice constant,low melting-point and forming technology. The effects of glass composition and crystallization technology on crystallization properties of MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass-ceramics were studied by means of DTA,XRD,polarizing microscope and SEM. The results show that glass-ceramics with good properties can be obtained, when some magnesia and aluminous raw materials and glass-network adjustment oxides are added. The predominant crystal phases of glass-ceramics are cordierite,spinel and enstatite.
