摘 要: 研究了離子注入工藝與注入元素對工業(yè)純鈦在硫酸和氫氧化鈉溶液中析氫活性的影響,測定了工業(yè)純鈦及其注入Ni+, W+, Mo+, C+, Nd+等離子后在硫酸溶液和氫氧化鈉溶液中的陰極過程動力學(xué)參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,如果選擇適當(dāng)?shù)淖⑷腚x子和注入工藝,可以大大提高工業(yè)純鈦的析氫活性。注入的離子對提高工業(yè)純鈦析氫活性的影響有W+>Mo+>Ni+>Nd+的規(guī)律,特別是W+和C+的重疊組合注入對提高析氫活性效果最為明顯,在硫酸溶液中其Tafel關(guān)系中的常數(shù) a 降低470 mV。

Abstract:The effects of ion implanted process and elements on the activity of hydrogen evolution of industry titanium were studied. The cathodic dynamic parameters of industry titanium implanted with Ni+,W+,Mo+,C+ and Nd+ in H2SO4 solution and in NaOH solution were obtained. The results show that the activity of hydrogen evolution of industry titanium could be improved greatly by suitable implanted ions and process. Especially,the overlap-implantation of W+ and C+ can greatly improve the catalytic activity of hydrogen evolution,and the constant a of Tafel equation decreases by 470 mV in H2SO4 solution. The order of catalysis hydrogen evolution is W+>Mo+>Ni+>Nd+.
