摘 要: 利用噴射成形工藝制備了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系高強鋁合金材料,研究了熱擠壓工藝與熱處理工藝對材料微觀組織與力學(xué)性能的影響。在峰時效的情況下材料表現(xiàn)出了高的力學(xué)性能指標(biāo),抗拉強度達(dá)到754 MPa,屈服強度達(dá)到722 MPa,斷裂延伸率達(dá)到8%,與采用傳統(tǒng)鑄造變形工藝制備的同類合金相比(σb≥610 MPa, σ0.2≥580 MPa,σ≥4%), 性能有了明顯的提高。合金性能的提高與其基體中呈彌散分布的Mg7Zn3相有很大的關(guān)系,合金的主要強化機制是沉淀強化。

Abstract:High strength Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys were produced by spray forming process. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the extruded products in the T6 and T71 conditions were evaluated. Under peak-aged conditions the products exhibit high levels of performance, with tensile strength up to 754 MPa, yield strength to 722 MPa, elongation of 8%, having great improvement compared to the same alloy produced by conventional casting process. The increase in strength is associated with the high volume fraction of Mg7Zn3 precipitates. The main hardening mechanism of this alloy is precipitation hardening.
